ROSEHILL WINE CELLARS barrel is now finished and ready for shipping. Included in the order will be some wine glass hangers made from recycled wine barrel oak. It's off to the next carving now so stay tuned.

ROSEHILL WINE CELLARS

Here we are inside my shop. I'm currently working on this barrel for Rosehill Wine Cellars. This is the roughing in phase after which I will do a final consulting with the client to make sure we know exactly what kind of finish is to be done. This piece can be left natural or painted and all things in between. Stay tuned for the result.

You can see I like to work outside in the sun. The light is better and the wood chips scatter into the yard. I guess I'm just solar powered since I've also been known to drag my work onto the beach......the best studio in the world!

I'm will be doing some on-site carving at different wineries next year so also be on the lookout for that.
